Lambda-Xi Hire Fraternity Management Group

I would like to announce that we have retained Fraternity Management Group (FMG) to assist the chapter. FMG was founded, and is headed by, Brother Matt Noble (Gamma-Rho, University of Arizona). This represents a giant leap forward for Lambda-Xi as we try to implement several things that will make us stronger as a chapter going forward.

The main things that they will be focused on will be the development of a new chapter specific website (gcsukappasigma.org), which they will help to maintain; updating and maintaining the Alumni database; helping to develop a Brotherhood Development program that can be used as a teaching tool for the Brothers and Pledges; sending out e-news and newsletters, as well as marketing materials; helping to develop a Speaker Series where Alumni can discuss a topic that the Brothers can apply to their daily and professional lives; how to have adult to adult conversations; and giving us advice around our housing situation so that we can make a proper decision.

Brothers, it is my feeling, and hopefully yours, that FMG provides a huge assist in getting the chapter back to where we all know it belongs. It has been far too long that Lambda-Xi hasn't been among the top chapters in Kappa Sigma, as well as on the Georgia College campus. I mean to see them return to that position. I'd like to see them implement a solid and repeatable set of programs to make them better as men and as a chapter, and provide them with a house that reflects that position. Better days are upon us, and it is up to us to ensure that those days are realized and implemented. Semper.
